Beautiful and large house with private garden, located just 3 minutes from the beach of Cambrils and very close to its tourist center and nautical port.
Rent spacious and equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The house is spacious and fully equipped distribuited on three levels, on the third level there is a spacious and equipped bedroom for four people, with two single beds and a double bed, as well as a large chest of drawers.
On the second floor are the other three double bedrooms, a suite bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, closet and a first bathroom with a large shower. Then there are the other two bedrooms each one with two single beds and a large closet, and finally there is the second bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor is the toilet, the independent and fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, etc., many cabinets and a side table. The bright living-dining room with two ceiling fans, two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining set, from the living room there is access to a large terrace furnished with table and chairs and lounging chairs, surrounded by large flexible windows to open completely to the garden and a folding roof to provide shade in the hottest hours, then there is the large private garden with 150 m² of lawn, flowers, fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, equipped with a large built-in barbecue, table of ping-pong and 10 deckchairs to enjoy sunny days.
To complete the rental, this house has Wi-Fi, satellite, air conditioning on all floors, bedding and shower towels, electric shutters, security gates, safety box and alarm.
A vehicle can be park at the entrance of the property or it is also possible to park in the small street in front of the house as it is free.
