Located in the town of Commequiers, this house offers you at the same time the calm of countryside and the air of the Vendean coast. Indeed, you only are at 20 minutes by car of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Can accommodate 6 people, come en enjoy with your family or friends. Its open kitchen to the living room is ideal to share moments of conviviality, just like the swimming pool (share with two other homes) to refresh you during beautiful summer days. In the evening, sit on the patio and enjoy this long-awaited holidays !

Commequiers is a beautiful Vendean town rich in historical remains. You will have the opportunity to discover them through a small visit with the Vélorail : walk on 10 kilometers of an old railway and discover the pleasant environment of Commequiers.
Ideally located, you will be able to easely cross our nice Vendean coast : your are 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts and 45 minutes from Les Sables-d’Olonne and Island of Noirmoutier with its atypical Passage du Gois.
Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will also know how to seduce you by its natural and preserved setting : enjoy by walking along the Cornice revealing you a beautiful landscape or on the numerous cycle paths who are waiting for you ! You will not know the boredom in this famous seaside resort thanks to its numerous activities and animations. The Vendean coast is waiting for you for holidays full of surprises…

A perfect and peaceful location, surrounded by fields of Corn, Sunflowers and Cows, where the only noises are those of Nature. The Gite is very well equipped, (if a little dated) and provides everything you could need, its spacious and has a great ousee more
A perfect and peaceful location, surrounded by fields of Corn, Sunflowers and Cows, where the only noises are those of Nature. The Gite is very well equipped, (if a little dated) and provides everything you could need, its spacious and has a great outside space too. The location is central for pretty much the whole of the Vendee, from St Jean Du Mont to La Sable , Supermarkets are plentiful , the beaches are beautiful, and many areas remain unspoilt by tourism. A perfect (very flat) cycling location, with a great road net work. The nearest Village ' Commequiers' is a five minute drive and has a small Super U supermarket, Food market stalls most days, a pharmacy, and a Boulangerie that is simply amazing ! This property is close to everything yet far enough away to make a very tranquil and relaxing holiday, we've had a lovely break :-)
