This superb house opens its doors to you for family or friends holidays in Jard-Sur-Mer. This mix of styles, with beams on the ceiling and beautiful stones, gives real character to this rental. After exploring the seafront or walking in the Marais Poitevin, relax in its private courtyard and organise delicious barbecue meals! The house is on the same property as the owners', who are always absent when there are rentals.
A very bright and welcoming 110 m² house in Jard-sur-Mer with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fenced garden, a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture, a play area for children, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table (only available in summer), as well as Wi-Fi internet access and a TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven and induction hobs, ideal for cooking the good produce from the Monday morning market. You will also find a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

- 750 m from the 'Histoire des Mômes' restaurant
