Nice ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms in first-line of beach. Apartment Ciutadella is a large and spacious 3 bedrooms for 8 guests. It also has another bathroom with bathtub and a spacious living room, 1 bathroom with shower. The cuisine of Ciutadella is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and utensils of cooking for the family. The apartment has a small terrace on ground floor of 4 x 1.5 with chairs and table.
The Ciutadella complex has a beautiful swimming pool and communal garden where exactly sure children and adults. The situation of Ciutadella is fantastic as it is located just 40 m from the beach of the scab, a quiet beach of fine sand with beach bars, rental of sun loungers and parasols.

L'appartement est bien car il est très bien situé par rapport à la plage. Par contre, l'espace salon est assez mal agencé avec une perte de place. On se sent un peu à l'étroit à 6. Le balcon couvert est assez petit et ne prend pas beaucoup le vent dsee more

Le balcon couvert est assez petit et ne prend pas beaucoup le vent du coup il est difficile d'y faire sécher les vêtement. La piscine était très agréable. Dans l'ensemble , c'est quand même un appartement intéressant niveau budget pour les prestations qu'il offre ( 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et très bien placé).
